These Booking & Membership Terms apply to surf sessions, lessons, memberships, events, rentals, merchandise-related reservations, and other offerings made by The Point Surf Park.

Reservations

All sessions, lessons, events, and memberships are subject to availability and require advance booking.

Pricing

Prices, fees, taxes, and charges are subject to change. Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled only in accordance with the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• no-shows forfeit the full booking value
• late arrivals may lose all or part of their session time
• certain event, group, or membership-related purchases may be nonrefundable

Weather, Mechanical, and Safety Interruptions

Surf operations may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to weather, lightning, mechanical issues, water conditions, safety concerns, or operational needs.

In such cases, The Point Surf Park may offer, at its discretion:

• rescheduling
• park credit
• partial credit
• refund where required by policy or law

Participation Requirements

Participation may be subject to:

• age requirements
• skill-level requirements
• height or weight requirements where applicable
• supervision requirements for minors
• equipment requirements
• helmet or safety gear requirements for designated waves or sessions
• check-in deadlines and orientation requirements

Right to Refuse Participation

The Point Surf Park reserves the right to deny or removfuse a guest’s participation for safety, operational, behavioral, waiver, or eligibility reasons.

Membership Rules

Membership benefits, access windows, priority booking rights, guest privileges, blackout dates, expiration periods, and special session access are subject to the membership terms in effect at time of enrollment.

Memberships are nontransferable unless expressly stated otherwise.

Rentals and Equipment

Use of rental gear is subject to availability, sizing, care requirements, and return procedures. Guests may be charged for lost, stolen, excessively damaged, or unreturned equipment.

Events and Private Bookings

Private events and group reservations require separate contracts, full payment, and cancellation terms.

Waiver Required

Participation in surf sessions, lessons, rentals, events, or other physical activities requires completion of a liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement before participation.
