At The Point Surf Park, our goal is to be fair to guests while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Standard Bookings

Bookings canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time receive:

• full 100% credit voucher for future use 

Bookings canceled after that window receive no credit voucher

No-Shows

No-shows receive no credit voucher

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may have shortened participation time and are not eligible for refund, extension, or rescheduling.

Weather / Mechanical / Safety Closures

If we cancel or materially interrupt a session due to weather, lightning, mechanical issues, water conditions, or safety needs, we  will provide:

• rescheduling
• account credit

Memberships

Membership fees, initiation payments, or club dues are nonrefundable unless expressly stated otherwise in the membership agreement.

Events / Group Bookings

Private events and group bookings may be subject to separate deposit and cancellation terms stated in the applicable event agreement.

Merchandise / Retail

Retail merchandise returns are subject to the return policy in effect at the time of purchase. Final-sale items, worn items, custom items, and certain branded products may not be returnable.
